At Sucrerie du Terroir, we offer a traditional sugar shack meal served at the table, in the spirit of a family-style dining experience where dishes are shared among guests. In a warm and welcoming atmosphere, visitors enjoy a generous, all-you-can-eat meal inspired by the traditions of maple season. Each reservation includes a two-hour seating, allowing you to fully enjoy the experience at a relaxed pace. The experience continues outdoors with maple taffy on snow served by the fire, right in the heart of our sugar bush. In our intimate, small-scale sugar shack—far from the feel of large dining halls—we recreate the spirit of the old-time cabanes, where people come together to share a simple and memorable moment.
